GUARANTEES AND COMPLAINTS

10. Goods offered in an online shop http://www.lutlo.pl are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Warranty Information is attached to each purchase of goods in the form of the Charter Guarantee or the information in the manual.
11. In the case of a complaint should first contact the LUTLO-Consulting electronically at service (at) lutlo.pl or with the appropriate service, if his address was listed on your warranty card. The majority of faults there is no justification (trivial cases - for example, bad battery inserted). In the case of pre-approved by e-mail service by LUTLO Consulting justification for the marketed product warranty repair must be sent to the company's Consulting LUTLO the same way that it was received followed by a detailed description of the fault and the original proof of purchase. Sent, your product should be well protected for shipment! We can not be held liable for damage during transport, if your product is not protected well. In the case of the site covers LUTLO Consulting-efficient goods, or defect resulting from the use of a wrong - the company LUTLO-Consulting reserves the right to demand a top-down cover the additional costs by the client (eg a reference product or repair out of warranty), and in special cases to waive the warranty! Batteries included in the products are not subject to the guarantee, if any, in the set - are for free of charge. The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase!
12. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 10 days of the contract. 

  

SHIPPING 

 

Purchased goods dispatched within 48 hours of payment (usually next day). Shipments we read through the Polish Post in recorded form of the letter (recommended) in size B. For contracts of less than 2 kg - send it parcel post. We also reserve the opportunity to supply our goods in person to the following address in Poland.  We dispatch only on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

 

  PROOF OF PURCHASE

 

All goods are purchased for cash nabij fiscal (including shipping and handling costs), and is attached to the receipt of your shipment. If you want to receive the VAT invoice - to be not later than 3 hours from the time of purchase send us an email with detailed information to the invoice.
